Bruce A. Rukkila, CPA, PC has elected to participate in
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
Peer Review/Quality Control Program. The Firm was
admitted to membership in the AICPA Private Companies
Practice Section for CPA Firms. Our most recent external
peer review was successfully completed for the year
ended June 30, 2003.
What is Peer Review?
"A peer review of a member firm, carried out by
other CPAs under the auspices of the AICPA, provides
assurance that the firm has an appropriate system of
quality control for its accounting and auditing practice
and that it is complying with that system."

All professional staff attend
in-house education courses related to auditing each year
to stay informed on current laws, regulations, and audit
procedures. All staff performing significant audit work
on government and nonprofit entities receive the
required 24 hours of continuing education every two
years in accordance with Government Auditing Standards.
Bruce A. Rukkila, CPA, PC, assures quality in the field
through work paper review and inspection and conformance
to audit programs during the engagement.
